This 60 minute calming practice incorporates explorations into neuroplasticity, breathwork, energetic alignment and connection to vertical source. Culminating in the standing meditation practice of NoForm, the fundamental touchstone within the Ritual work. This is not a Ritual session but a grounded starting point in posture and nervous system regulation.
Weekend Intensive
Dive In!!
This two day immersion 11am–4:30pm Saturday & Sunday moves participants through the basic structures of this Ritual modality. Working with sources and realms that already exist within us, participants explore posture and neuroplastic exercises and progress through the 5 phase physical warmup, personal and group polarities, vocalisations, source work, elemental realms and integration. Those curious about this process will discover if these directives resonate with them before proceeding towards a long term practice. The intensive is also available to those already familiar with the work to revisit and reset within these powerful structures.
*Weekend Intensives are available to any community that supports attendance of 12–20 participants and a space of correlating size such as a dance or yoga studio. I will travel to you!

The LAB
A Journey to Now Here
This 4–6 week exploration guides a committed group of individuals through distillations of specific themes. A true ‘archaeological dig’ into the internal landscape, participants meet once per week for 3 hour Ritual sessions. Must have previous LAB experience or complete one weekend intensive to join a series.
Wilderness Workshop
Energetic Recalibration with Nature
This camping excursion takes place in the wilds of Mendocino county near Ukiah, CA. Focusing on direct contact and conversation with the elements, participants will be led through evening Ritual sessions and daytime neuroplasticity calming and alignment practices. With access to hiking, swimming, full amenities: outdoor kitchen, sauna, waterfalls, creeks and over 50 acres to explore. An amazing and magical environment to truly reset and recenter.
